You may of course inspect the Products that you purchase from us.
However, whilst you are deciding whether to keep your purchases, you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our Products.
Accordingly, please do not damage the Products whilst you inspect them and please store and handle all Products with care, un worn and in an appropriate manner. We have an inspection team who monitor all our returns throughly.
Please note that we will not accept returns and provide refunds if a fault arises from fair wear and tear, or worn with marks or perfume odours, wilful or accidental damage, negligence by you or a third party, abnormal or inappropriate storage or working conditions or maintenance, failure to operate or use the Products in accordance with the user instructions, misuse or alteration or repair of the Products by you or a third party that is not authorised by us or the manufacturer.
Sale or Flash Sale
If your order was ordered before a flash sale we are unable to deduct any amount off your previous order even if the item has not be delivered.

We will not reimburse you for any delivery or other costs that you incur in returning the goods to us.
If you have received a product that is physically faulty then a case will be opened by our team and we will review the situation. The fault must be highlighted within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be unworn and with it's original packaging. Please email us at email@example.com and our team will look after you.
All returns must be unworn and in the same condition they were in at time of purchase, with all tags attached and intact.
Returns of the following items are not accepted:
- Altered garments
- Sample sale purchases
- Sale purchases
We do not issue refunds for items that have clear signs of wear, have been returned outside the returns window, or are without their original tags.
We will ask that you arrange delivery of your order back to your address at your own cost if such returns are attempted. We are not liable for these items while they are stored at our warehouse.
Step 1- To receive a full refund, we must receive an email and the goods back within 14 days from the date that your order was signed for by the courier.
Step 2- If you wish to exchange within the time frame please advise on email so we can set your size aside for you before it could possibly sell out.
Step 3- Please firstly email our team firstname.lastname@example.org with your return reasons or exchange size so we are aware your package is on its way back to us within the 14-day time frame.
Please clearly state your name, order number and reasons for return
Step 4- We must receive the package back within the 14days from when it was received at the shipping address given.
Step 5- Products must be in new and unworn condition with all the original packaging and all tags attached.
- If we receive the goods without any tags and it is posted back to us, your item will wait for you at our warehouse for your collection.
- If the item is sent back to us out of the 14-day time frame, your item will wait for you at our warehouse for your collection.
- We are not responsible for the items at this stage and can’t issue re-delivery for you.
- We have two tags you must check, our branded swing tags and our no returns tags usually placed at the bottom of the item these must remain on.
Step 6- Please send your item via registered post. Keep proof of your postage certificate. We are not liable and will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Any duties and taxes incurred on the return are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted off your return.
For any rejected parcels sent back there will be a £70 fee incurred for the costs of the parcel being returned and processing fees and this will be deducted off the refund.
Refunds will only be given on items returned in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
