Your Order

Your order will be fulfilled by the above estimated delivery dates, unless prevented by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of such circumstances, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.

We will deliver the products to the address you give us.

All our products are sent out for a signature delivery. The item(s) will be your full responsibility if they have been delivered and signed for at the shipping address that you informed us of on your order. 


You may of course inspect the Products that you purchase from us.

However, whilst you are deciding whether to keep your purchases, you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our Products.

Accordingly, please do not damage the Products whilst you inspect them and please store and handle all Products with care and in a manner that is appropriate for the type of Product.

Products must be returned complete (i.e. with any accessories or other parts that you receive with the Products) and, where possible, with all original packaging and provided that you have sent an e-mail of your intention to return the products, within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Please clearly state the relevant Neve & Noor customer order number. Both when sending your mail and also in the box when you send you purchase back..


You own the Products once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges.

It is your responsibility to select a reliable carrier to return the Products to us with a trackable service. 

The Products are your responsibility until they reach our premises.

Please note that we will not accept returns and provide refunds if a fault arises from fair wear and tear, or worn with marks or perfume odours, wilful or accidental damage, negligence by you or a third party, abnormal or inappropriate storage or working conditions or maintenance, failure to operate or use the Products in accordance with the user instructions, misuse or alteration or repair of the Products by you or a third party that is not authorised by us or the manufacturer.

You will need to arrange for return of the item(s) to us at your own cost, quoting your order number. 

We will not reimburse you for any delivery or other costs that you incur in returning the goods to us.  Your relevant order number must be quoted on all returns.

Once we have received the Products and provided they are still in the original condition with all labels still attached, we will refund the price that you have paid for the Products on the card you paid, within 14 days of our decision to refund you.  Please allow for this.

Due to COVID-19. please appreciate that the returns process, due to extra quarantine procedures applied at the warehouse, might take longer the usual and hence please allow 14 days from when the return is sent. We will continue to endeavour to refund returns as swiftly as possible.


Neve and Noor are not liable for any customs charges made in the recipients countries.

The customer is completely responsible for these charges.

Faulty item 

If you have received a Product and it is faulty or mis-described then you may cancel the order and obtain a refund for that Product provided you email of your intention to return the Products within 14 days of receipt. Please email us at

Sending back to Neve & Noor

Whenever returning Products by post, for whatever reason, we recommend that you use a courier that offers shipment tracking services and that you insure the Product for its full value while in transit. 

If you choose not to follow these recommendations we regret that you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the Product during transit.  

We advise you to send by special delivery so that the goods can be tracked as they are your responsibility until they reach our premises.

Refunds will only be given on items returned in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

How to pay

We currently accept various forms of payment for Products including by Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Delta and Maestro Debit Cards and any other methods, which may be clearly advertised on the Site.

We do not store customers credit card details. 

Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order and once the card details have been cleared to ensure the credit/debit card that is being used is yours, or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it.

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Neve and Noor , we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. 

All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of May 2018.

Payment for the Products and all applicable delivery charges is taken in advance of shipment.
